New: Hybrid screen clamps

Many screen printers, especially those taking the leap into their first automatic, worked with manual screen clamps and do not necessarily consider it a draw back.  The fact of the matter is that in regards to setup time, pneumatic screen clamps are vastly superior and will save you more time and money then you might imagine.

Anatol Equipment strives to become better everyday and that includes improving the design of our equipment when possible. When we first released the Volt onto the market, the only criticism that we heard was from automatic owners who already experienced the pneumatic screen locks and considered manual locks a downgrade... As you can imagine, that did not sit well with the engineers here at Anatol.

For a machine that features highly advanced components such as servo-index, AC stroke and  servo-lift, central-digital off-contact, digitally controlled stroke/flood speed, as well as Ares OS the industry's most advanced operating system, there simply had to be a better way!

But how?

Other all-electric machines have been on the market for years and their manual screen lock design has not changed and there you have the intrinsic problem with an all-electric machine such as the Volt.
In order to maintain it's "all-electric" status and appeal, simply adding a small air compressor and chiller for pneumatic screen would not suffice and completely go against the fundamental purpose of why the machine was built.  Well, it took a good of time to conceptualize, build and test our solution to the manual screen lock issue but we are happy to announce that future is indeed here!

Now you can enjoy all the added benefits that the Volt presents without having to sacrifice speed during setup. One quick flip of your wrist will engage our spring loaded mechanical screen locks in the same amount of time it takes you to flip a pneumatic toggle switch!  Another benefit is that the larger surface area of the clamp will provide a more secure hold and minimize the possibility of having your screen kick out.  Read more at www.anatol.com

When is your business ready for an automatic press?

Titan Automatic Screen Printing Press - 6 Colors and 8 stations

If your shop has tight deadlines, complex job requirements and larger production runs, an automatic press provides you with a solution to accept these jobs.  With a single operator, an automatic press runs at least 3-5 times faster than a manual press.  This speed benefit increases with larger job sizes and more complex color jobs.  Ten fold increases are common.  An automatic press will open up opportunities to take additional jobs without expanding your work space.  This will result in better utilization of your personal, controlling your expenses and increasing your profits.  View Anatol's line of automatic screen printing equipment at WWW.ANATOL.COM or contact us via Email at Sales@anatol.com

Conveyor Dryers/ Ovens 1

El Salvador - Vulcan Modular dryer 72" wide belt, 12' of Heat, gas burner.

Anatol Vulcan gas-fired dryers are generally able to be outfitted to consume either natural or propane gas; these units are heated by a burner united measures in BTU's.  Since they are convective by nature and coupled with advancements in heat profiling, split air delivery and air knife technology they offer the most productive, energy efficient and versatile method of curing textile inks.  These units are also suitable(at times recommended) for DTG printing.  The Vulcan and gas dryers in general are large and usually available in 36"-72" widths and 8'-16' of heat.  Gas units are favored by many mid-size to large shops and are more expensive.  Some units have split belts to accommodate two different types of textiles at the same time.  Information regarding Anatol's line of dryer/ Ovens can be viewed at www.anatol.com
